I agree, but I hope they continue pushing other housing policy reforms and not just stop here. I guess I'm still disappointed that the Capital Gains Tax (CGT) didn't go through with Labour, I felt it could have made a big difference, even though many people don't like it. IMHO we need to flood the housing market with all types of building to bring rents down for our young. Im so here for the Chihuahuas too ❤️
